Rotational Programs

Leadership Development Programs

National Fuel offers an Engineering Leadership Development Program and a MBA Associate Program for exceptional candidates looking to gain professional development through a dynamic two year program. Each program offers four customized rotational assignments through the Company’s primary operations. Engineering Leadership Development and MBA Associate candidates are selected based on their combined academic achievements, previous internship/work experience, exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, previous leadership experience and their enthusiasm for moving into various assignments as needed by the organization. As each rotation is completed, the Engineering Leadership Development Program and MBA Associate Program employees participate in interactive developmental performance evaluations to aid in their growth as a professional. Engineering Leadership Development Program and MBA Associate Program candidates receive exclusive executive and human resources mentoring to assist in job related decisions throughout the program and are given input towards each of their four customized rotational assignments. Upon completion of the Engineering Leadership Development Program and MBA Associate Program, candidates are placed into a role that capitalizes on their experience and provides opportunity for future career growth.

Internships and Co-Ops

National Fuel actively recruits motivated college students for rewarding internship and co-op opportunities at our New York and Pennsylvania offices. Students will work on projects in the energy industry that are substantive in nature and relevant to their course of study. Engineering opportunities as well as Business and Information Technology related positions are offered during the academic and summer semesters.
